We are located 5.5 miles from a Wal-Mart Distribution Center, and 6.0 miles east of I-49 on U.S. Hwy 190. Our facilities are located on 50 total acres, with 1,000,000 square feet of warehouses fully concreted with loading docks on 30 acres of the property.

10 acres of our property are used to park trucks & trailers, leaving us with plenty of room for expansion. Our large facility gives you plenty of room for easy access in and out, making it easy for our self-storage customers to get to our three self-storage locations. We have warehouses located in Port Barre, Opelousas and Washington.
